Collection: L'ARC DE TRIOMPHE, PARIS 2021

Our photo project "L'ARC DE TRIOMPHE, PARIS 2021" shows the French metropolis at a very special time: the wrapping of the Arc de Triomphe according to the plans of the famous artist couple Christo and Jeanne-Claude. It took place there from September 18 for 16 days until October 3, 2021.

For me as a photographer, this temporary work of art marks a special milestone in my projects, because with this singular art event, it was never about the wrapping itself, but always about the resulting change in perception. This is precisely what these Parisian fine art photographs are about - to focus on the altered representation of the landmark in the middle of the city.
